Imperial Dental Center ("the Clinic," "we," "us") operates from Way 3233, Ruwi, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. These terms govern your use of our website and your relationship with the Clinic when booking or receiving dental services.

2. Appointments and bookings

Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp or by calling the Clinic directly. A booking is confirmed only once the Clinic acknowledges it.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect future booking priority.

3. Treatment and clinical decisions

All treatment plans are recommendations. You retain the right to accept, modify, or decline any proposed treatment. Your treating dentist will explain risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes before any procedure begins.

Information provided on the website — including service descriptions and FAQs — is for general guidance only and does not constitute a clinical diagnosis or treatment plan specific to your case.

4. Fees and payment

Treatment fees are provided at the time of your consultation. Fees may vary based on your specific clinical needs. The Clinic will confirm costs with you before proceeding.

If you are using dental insurance, it is your responsibility to verify coverage details directly with your insurer. The Clinic will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement outcomes.

5. Patient responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, and any known allergies. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.

You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and following post-treatment care instructions given by the clinical team.

6. Emergency situations

For dental emergencies during clinic hours, contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. For serious medical emergencies, please call Oman emergency services immediately.

7. Website use
